Technical Support Analyst - London My client provides project management, business analysis and technical solutions to the Media and Entertainment Industry. You will need to have experience of bespoke application support (preferably in supply chain applications) and the ability to write complex SQL queries to produce custom reports with an understanding/ experience of working in a .NET/ SQL Server environment. You will also need a good understanding of networking including familiarity with using RDP and FTP. Main responsibilities for providing daily status and custom reports to the customer: to [provide incident and problem management to resolve issue, work closely with 3rd line support and development teams on solutions to end user issues. Any Music industry experience would be a bonus. You will have excellent written and verbal skills as there is a strong customer focus to this role.
