A leading publisher is looking for a Graduate Helpdesk Analyst to work across their world-renowned titles.
You will be responsible for supporting their key consumer division in the installation of IT equipment including PC's and Apple Mac's.
You will need to have experience of Windows and Mac desktop systems in back office environments. Application experience with Office and InDesign. And be able to control management of their key equipment in ordering and purchasing new material.
