English and Dutch speaking Business Analyst required to work on a high profile project for a leading bank. Job description & deliverables: The following activities will be executed by a team of 3 or 4 business analysts. The exact roles will be defined according to the various capabilities and timelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour
Business Knowledge: Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in an Operations or Information Management
Technical Skills / Hard skills
- Academic degree (WO or HBO)
- Experience of contributing & delivery within complex change programmes.
- Excellent Dutch as well as English language skills
- Excellent communicative and analytical skills
- Affinity with Operations and preferably change management
Behavioural characteristics / Soft skills:
The programme works for strict deadlines. The Front Office and Client Communication project has many stakeholders within and outside of the programme. The business analysts we are looking for should work with enthusiasm and be flexible to change tasks quickly.

Activities:
- Inventory of training requirements (who and what)
- Gap analysis of available and required training
- Solving the gaps in training (if any): develop training and or organise information meetings
- manage training sessions and act as escalation path for the front office
- Inventory of Front Office acceptance criteria (product, client and process) through meetings and workshops
- Manage the testing of acceptance criteria, aligning with the Testing project
- Manage the sign off process
- Contribute to client impact analysis, working with the PMs
- Contribute to the preparation of client communication.
