Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity surveyor to step up and be working on multimillion pound projects all across the South East. Initially, the project you will be involved in will be a new build office block in Kings Cross with estimated cost at £12m. My clients pipeline of work is ever growing, including education and retail projects worth over £5m.
You will be involved in the pricing and tendering of all sub-contract packages
You must have experience of working in at least one of the following sectors:
- Retail
- Education
- Social Housing
- Commercial
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Managing the compilation and recording of applications for payment
- Costs reports
- Cash flow forecasts
- Overseeing parts of a major project up to £10 million in size.
