Software Test Team Leader – Bournemouth
A new opportunity for a Software Test Team Leader has become available within a leading professional services organisation based in Bournemouth. The role of the Software Test Team Leader is to assume overall responsibility for system test cycles on all applications related projects.
You shall act as the focal point of contact to the business area for all testing related matter, you shall be responsible for defect management and working closely with the development teams and external third parties.
You shall oversee and manage the company's test strategy and test plans, and you shall have managerial responsibilities, and be responsible for team leading and allocation of work loads to team members.
The ideal candidate will have a substantial amount of experience within a software testing role, and have previous team leading or managerial experience. Candidates should also be familiar with the software development life cycle, and automated testing tools.
