JAVA OO SYBASE SQL AGILE TDD JUNIT – RISK PnL TRADE SETTLEMENT REGULATORY REPORTING - Worldwide Investment bank is looking for a technically strong Java developer to join the banks Risk, PnL, Trade Settlement and Regulatory Reporting team. The successful candidate will be implementing a strategic global balance sheet application for financial controllers which will enable them to analyse and report the firm's balance sheet on a daily basis. You will undertake analysis and requirements capture with users, participate in design discussions and propose design solutions, write unit tests/ functional tests, develop Java code and assist in the deployment and support of the application in production. Also you will have extensive interaction with technical architects, senior developers, junior developers and our user community within the finance division. Technical skills include – Java, OO, Sybase, SQL, AGILE TDD and JUNIT. Business knowledge includes - Risk, PnL, Trade Settlement and Regulatory Reporting. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
