Infrastructure Support Analyst - Nottingham, East Midlands. International financial services organisation is looking for an experience Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their expanding team. You will responsible for managing, maintaining and developing a dynamic IT infrastructure. You will have a proven track record of delivering leading edge technical solutions across a range of technology competencies and differing infrastructure configurations, whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality, professionalism, technical capability and documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing international infrastructure. The current infrastructure includes HP and IBM servers, Cisco and NetApp hardware, Windows 2003, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, SAN and NAS technologies, VPN and remote access methods. As an experienced engineer, you will be used to working in a fast-paced business environment where taking ownership of incidents and efficiently managing technical implementations is expected. Experience of the ITIL framework, Service Management tools, Cisco PIX security appliances and a Windows 2003 MCSE are desirable.
