Siebel ePharma Technical Lead - Permanent - London
An excellent opportunity has risen with one of Aston Carters mayor blue chip clients. This is a permanent position with great career prospects and opportunities to travel internationally.
You will be assisting clients in their selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Therefore we are looking for an experienced Siebel technical lead who has managed technical teams across a full life cycle implementation at least twice. Furthermore you will have experience in the following:
- design, build and test of configuration and integration using Siebel Tools,
- hands on experience in resolving technical issues,
- client relationship management,
- setting technical milestones and driving team to completion, mitigating risks and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Siebel certified - technical
- hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, EIM, eAI
- recommending and managing solution as it relates to Siebel ePharma business requirements
- SFA, KOL/ marketing or medical in addition is preferred
- working with multi-country solutions supported by Siebel - and deployment of these solutions in the countries
Additional experience in Siebel Analytics and/ or other business Intelligence / data warehouse would be a bonus
Further requirements:
- Must be a strong technical team manager - able to challenge solutions and conduct detailed design reviews
- Experience in working to a proven, recognised Methodology for siebel implementation
- Team leadership skills: agreeing roles and objectives, providing performance evaluations, providing clear direction on tasks and managing them to completion with particular attention to high quality
- Able to talk effectively to business about technology in a way they can understand
- Must have experience in managing offshore delivery teams
- Willing to travel within the UK/ India/ China/ Brazil
You need to be able to write and speak fluently in English, additional languages an advantage.
