This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Author to join a leading organisation in Bristol.

The Technical Author will work with the development team and will be responsible for creating high quality online help and release notes for both internal and external customers

You will be using Madcap Flare to create high quality accurate online help.

Essential experience

- some working knowledge of the technical author role within a software environment, and ideally qualified
- Good working knowledge of Madcap Flare or similar produce online help
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word to produce documentation
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat to create PDF's
- HTML/ XML knowledge for manipulating code
