Our client is a leading player in the defence and aerospace Industry. They are now looking for Programe Planner to join their growing team. The Programme Planner will obtain information from stakeholders and compile monthly programme reports to the companies Serivces team. As well as compileing and maintaining the overall programme Integrated Master Schedule.

The Programme Planner responsibilities will include:
- Production of regular status and management reports based on information collated from internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish reporting formats, protocols and timescales and communicate these to ensure stakeholders meet timescales set.
- Maintain the Programme Integrated Master Schedule, co-ordinate inputs from various external and internal functions and identify any schedule variances.
- Maintain submitted risk reports and mitigation plans in the IMs and alert the PM to any adverse trend or issue which could impact overall company milestone achievement.
- Conduct seperate analysis of any proposed IMS changes including 'work arounds' and 'get well' programmesto ensure the integrity of the overall IMS is maintained and fully aligned with the Concession Contract.
- Maintain oversight of milestone achievement through the IMS and flag impending or actual schedule variances.
- Maintain oversight of all principle Issue and actions placed on companies senior managers.

The Risk and Configuration Co-ordinator will:
- be used to achieving results.
- understand programme lifecycle relevant to aerospace or related industries.
- Must have advanced IT literacy and be fully competant with the full suite of microsoft.
- Have high levels of drive.
- have a technical aircraft, avionics or aircraft systems background.

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000
Location - M4 Corridor
Availability - ASAP
