KEY SKILLS: 1ST LINE SUPPORT / CALL LOGGING / FAULT RESOLUTION
My client is a market leading software house based in Stockport. They are looking for a vibrant ambitious individual to join an established support team based in their Stockport office. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging all calls on the service desk, fault resolution and ensuring that calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Then ideal candidate will be:
•Have an background in customer services
•Competent with Microsoft applications in a windows environment
•Comfortable with MS office 2000 / 2003 / IIS
•Previous experience in a customer support role ideally in a helpdesk environment
•Working knowledge of Databases such as SQL Server / MS Access
