Our client is looking for a Risk and Configuration Co-ordinator to join there growing team working in the Aerospace and Defence industry. The Risk and Configuration Co-ordinator will support the PM by co-ordianting and administering risk and configuration control activities and the implementation of risk and configuration management plans.
The Risk and Configuration Co-ordinator will:
- Assist the PM in the monitoring and co-ordination of overall risk management requirements and reviews.
- Ensure relevant stakeholders are kept informed of and contribute to risk and configuration management activities.
- Compile and maintain a risk register showing all risks identified by the executive team and their direct reports.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of active risks together with remedial activitiesnecessary, ensuring at all times that the PM is aware of situation.
- Identification of adverse trends or issues which could impact overall company milestones and achievements.
- Conduct seperate analyses of any proposed IMS changes including "work arounds" and "get well" programmes to ensure integrity of IMS is not comprised.
- Maintain oversight of all principal issues and actions placed on the companies senior managers and ensure these are reflected in the appropiate place, and updated weekly.
The Risk and Configuration Co-ordinator will:
- be used to achieving results.
- understand programme lifecycle relevant to aerospace or related industries.
- Must have advanced IT literacy and be fully competant with the full suite of microsoft.
- Have high levels of drive.
- have a technical aircraft, avionics or aircraft systems background.
Location - Oxfordshire/ M4 Corridor.
Availability - ASAP
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
