Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Progression to Associate!!
My client is involved in a mix of Civils and Construction projects, monitoring the cost management for its clients. There is an urgent need for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Oxford team, due to an ever expanding workload.
Location: Oxford
Remuneration:
Between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Benefits include, car / allowance, healthcare and pension
The Client:
The office in Oxford is a relatively new office, within a company who has been in the cost management business for over 100 years. The company also operates within the global market, offering a very diverse project portfolio, and due to their excellent reputation within the industry, the company benefits from a large amount of repeat business.
The Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
The successful Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to get involved in a wide range of projects. Some of the current and recent projects have included the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the Olympic Village. As a general rule, the workload covered in the Oxford office is made up with 40% civils and 60% construction work.
The Successful Project Quantity Surveyor:
My client is looking for the successful Project / Senior QS to come from a strong Consultancy / PQS background. It is important that the candidate has a degree qualification and ideally 5 or more years Quantity Surveying experience.
