The company is a market-leading organisation located on the South Coast of England. The company boasts sales of over £600 million and growing. They are currently seeking a Technical Services Account Manager to provide all elements of support to assigned major account customers. This is a perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join technology-leading organisation.
Key Responsibility:
· To act as the focal point within the Company for all technical / support communications with assigned customers.
· To report directly to internal & external customers on the progress of ongoing technical / support activities.
· To set and host technical support meetings with both internal and external customers.
· To attend meetings with customers as required (in house or at customer premises) and to prepare minutes or visit reports as required.
· To maintain accurate records of customer communications.
· To Provide support and assistance to Sales with proposal preparation.
Desirables:
The successful candidate will have gained experience in project management in an aerospace environment and a minimum of HNC qualified in Electronic Engineering or a equivalent. Proven experience of technical support for customers in an aerospace company would be very beneficial.
