Our Ericsson based client is looking for an Outside Plan Design Manager. The successful candidate will be responsibilities will be the following:
•To provide leadership and direction to the OSP design team
•To actively encourage safety awareness and good Practices among all employees and service providers
•Implement, monitor and review defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to manage and improve overall project performance.
•Provide written and/ or verbal reports on project progress and compliance with KPI's for internal and external stakeholders.
•Prepare and implement improvement plans to address variance between planned and actual progress or KPI performance.
•Compliance with project plan, time scales, budgets and quality plan
•Implement, monitor and review project quality plan for OSP design to monitor, manage and improve overall project quality.
•To supervise all the employees and service providers to ensure that safe methods of working are in place
•To plan and execute site design delivery from initial design to final site design acceptance by customer on a site-by-site basis in line with the agreed Ericsson OSP Design process
•In cooperation with Ericsson Procurement Department to establish scope of works, quotations and finalise pricing with service providers and suppliers for items without service agreements.
•To produce, issue and manage purchase orders and site material requests in line with Ericsson OSP Design processes
•To technically evaluate and rate tenders and RFP's and give feedback to the NADI SD manager and other stakeholders
•To verify invoices from service providers and suppliers prior to payment
•Ensure compliance with all relevant Ericsson procurement and financial processes relating to OSP Design.
•Review and approve invoices from service providers and suppliers within limits of authority set
•To actively participate in project coordination with internal and external stakeholders
•Promote innovation and implementation of new ideas and best practise with regional and national OSP Design team
