Currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious projects, based in the vibrant City of New York.


<b>The Role of the Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor</ b>

The successful Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will cover all aspects of the financial control of the project, working closely with the Project Manager.

Due to the continued success of this company, they are aiming to boost the team working full time on the planned $2Billion renovation of the United Nations. Providing Cost Management services, including estimating, Cost Reporting and Contract Management of both the Consultants and the Construction.


<b>What are they looking for in the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor?</ b>

The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor will:

* Ideally be MRICS Chartered
* Have more than 5 years experience within a top Construction Consultancy.
* Good IT Skills - essential
* Excellent communications skills – Client facing individual
* Have the ability & skills to work to deadlines as part of a team & as an individual.
