<b>The role of the Senior Cost Manager / Client facing Cost Manager?</ b>

As the Senior Cost Manager, you will quickly become involved in a variety of exciting new projects within this inspiring programme of work.

<b>Day to day role & responsibilities will include:</ b>

* To act as the key client interface for Cost Management on projects forming part of the €1.2
* Billion development of Dublin airport.
* Provide initial budget and procurement advice at project inception.
* To manage and assist in the preparation of monthly reports
* To manage and assist Project Managers with change control.


<b>What are they looking for in the Senior Cost Manager / Client facing Cost Manager?</ b>

As the Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager, you will have previous experience working in a client facing role with the ability to deal with client organisations at a variety of levels.

<b>Education & Qualifications:</ b>

* Degree educated
* MRICS or equivalent

Circa €65,000 per annum dependant on skills and experience.
