Role: AutoCAD Building Services CAD Manager

Rate: 22-25 (depending on experience)
We are working with a Large and very busy UK based building services consultant to find them an established CAD manager who is comfortable running the entire output of their London office. This is a contract or permanent opportunity for a building services MEP AutoCAD user with proven management and or coordination experience.
You will be responsible for managing the London CAD department, producing, amending and rigorously checking the standard of all Mechanical, electrical and public health CAD drawings. At first you would be tasked with the general running of the department in terms of CAD drawings and CAD drawings standards, there will be no call to run a team of technicians until the department is eventually expanded and you will have a small team underneath you.
Essential Criteria:
- Proficient AutoCAD User
- Proven Coordination / Management experience
- Experience of producing Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Drawings
- Happy working on own initiative
- Happy directly interfacing with engineers
- Happy working to tight deadlines
- Commutable distance to London
