Quality Process Manager ITIL Customer Satisfaction SLA. My client, a world leader in their field is now looking for a Quality / Process Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have had proven experience managing and evolving Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) programmes on a large scale. You will be a customer satisfaction visionary with broad service deliver customer facing experience having experience of managing cross functional teams with excellent presentation and project management experience.
The role will involve educating people as to the value of raising customer satisfaction using my clients and external best practice examples, identifying the common problems affecting customer's satisfaction working with Service delivery heads to agree improvement plans to fix the problems. This is a very Quality and Process orientated role where you will take ownership of Customer Satisfaction surveys and delivering against SLAs.
