Service Management Professional/ Service Manager/ Service Administrator required by Global Banking organisation, to £27k + banking bonus and extensive benefits, Northampton. My client, a global banking organisation requires, several Service Management Professional to join their team at a time of huge investment and growth.
You will have experience of working within a Service Management capacity and will have experience of ITIL processes (ideally certified). You will have knowledge of SLA Management and supplier management.
In the role, you will assist the Service Manager in the delivery of Service Management and improvement activities resulting in the controlled improvement of this specific IT area.
