This is an opportunity for a junior developer to join a market leading team within a top tier investment bank. The team develop tools and applicaitons for the Fixed Income Front Office, and you will be involved in the development of a real-time trading application for Fixed Income Derivatives trades.
You will be involved in development and design of the application through the entire software lifecycle, and will receive full training as necessary. The team work very closely with the traders in the front office, and you will undertake courses to help you understand the business.
Candidates should come from a very strong academic background and should have a strong degree in a technical discipline . You should already have good development skills using an OO language (C++/ C#/ Java). No prior financial knowledge is necessary, but you must have a desire to learn about finance.
