My client is one of the UK's leading providers of quality residential housing and accommodation. They are currently looking for a 1st/ 2nd line support person to provide support in a Microsoft environment. You will be based out of their city centre offices in Birmingham and have a good background supporting Microsoft applications for example, Server 2003 / 2008 and Exchange 2003/ 07. Microsoft MCSE certified is preferable but far from essential. Knowledge of SQL, Cisco, ADS, Printers, CRM and Prince 2 methodology is also desirable. There is an element of providing 1 to 1 and also classroom based training, so you need to be confident in your ability to provide training to beginners and advanced users of ICT applications and technical systems. This is an excellent opportunity to get into a very varied role within a well respected company. Salary up to £25k.
