Our client a software solutions provider and market leader in their field require a Software Applications Support Analyst to join their Managed Services team based in Nottingham (NG8).

Core remit is to predominately provide support and analysis to clients (mainly public sector organisations) in relation to software and systems. Responsibilities will include ensuring requests for change and enhancements are fully understand and responded to, maintain strong client relationships, monitor and report on all requests, contribute to product development.

It is essential you are experienced in a similar role encompassing most of the above remit. Any additional experience of database report writing and an Unix environment would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary £25k-£35k depending on level of experience.
