MS Dynamics CRM – Project Manager/ Architect – Investment Bank. My client is seeking an Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist to join a critical team an be responsible for defining and developing detailed functional and process CRM requirements within a top-tier Investment Bank in London. You will be working directly with the CRM Programme Manager to communicate CRM objectives and directions to the team. You must have very strong product knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and strong communication skills, being able to effectively liaise with the business and end users, in order to confidently explain how the product can be used. You must also be able to understand these business priorities and translate them into functional specs.
