Six Sigma Master Black Belt – Investment Bank – London – up to £80K + benefits
World-renowned tier one investment banking organisation of unparalleled prestige and global repute is seeking an experienced Six Sigma Master Black Belt to lead business and process improvement projects across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for teaching and mentoring across the company and identifying and leading opportunities for Six Sigma projects. You'll supervise Black Belts and Green Belts and will lead large-scale initiatives to provide continuous improvement strategy and implementation.
You'll be an experienced and certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt, with a solid grounding in financial services (ideally Investment Banking) and strong training experience. You'll understand the challenges of Six Sigma implementation and will be able to maintain a “big picture” view of projects and programmes. You'll be a potent communicator with the able to inspire and engage stakeholders across the business.
