My client is a global market leader in the field with multiple sites across the world. They pride themselves in their leading innovations and creative solutions to their vast customer base across different continents . They are looking for a Telecoms analyst to join their rapidly growing organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
-Assisting in the Design and Implementation of a next generation voice network.
-To create an effective interface and focal point between the Team and 1st/ 2nd Line Support Teams
-To create an effective 3rd line global voice network support function.
-To create an effective documentation process for the global network infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have good experience in telecoms especially with voice/ networking technologies. Experience in Cisco IP telephony is essential and a solid understanding of voice technologies (e.g. IPT, Cisco call manager, Voice gateway,etc...) will be highly desirable. Experience in design will be highly advantageous however not essential as extensive training and development will be provided.
CCVP certification will be highly desirable or completion of any voice related modules.
