Team Leader - Unix Support (Banking) Cheshire
Unix Team Leader required by Global Banking Organisation to lead a team providing Unix support to the banks core systems, Cheshire, North West, to 35k + Banking Benefits
My client, a global banking organisation, are looking for Technical Support professionals with Unix platform experience (Solaris, HPUX, AIX, etc) and experience of team leading to work within the payments/ Internet banking/ online banking arena leading a team of 1st/ 2nd line support professionals.
You will support the technology which maintains the relationship/ inter-connection between banks for payments transactions. As Team Leader you will manage the 1st/ 2nd line teams providing core hours support of Unix based systems also supporting bespoke systems. Full training will be immediately provided! Your team will follow diagrams/ scripts, escalate problems, fault diagnosis and follow SLAs as per a normal 1st/ 2nd line environment.
