Junior Business Analyst / Launch Analyst Slough £20-27k
Junior Business Analyst / Launch Analyst. My client, a world leader in their field is now looking for a Junior Business analyst / Launch Analyst to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have had proven experience with requirements gathering, having a good general understanding of computer systems and complex software systems, good project management skills and a good understanding of UAT testing process. You will need a balance of technical knowledge and people managing skills with a large part of the work involving working with different people in different parts of the business. You will need to have the personable skills to establish how to question to extract what is required by the client and what can be done technically by IT.
The role is responsible for launching new products specified by clients from a systems point of view. This is primarily a business process orientated role, understanding and supporting the use of all Business Applications to ensure that client's and member's expectation of my clients service delivery, especially during enrolment, fulfilment and billing processes are met.
