Desktop/ Server Support Analyst 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd – Leeds
Desktop/ Server1st/ 2nd/ 3rd line Support Analyst required by my client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
As Desktop/ Server1st/ 2nd/ 3rd line Support Analyst you will have strong experience with Windows Server 2000/ 2003, strong Windows desktop operating systems experience, and strong experience of both hardware and software. Any experience with Vmware, SAN, Server rollout, Server patch, or Server build is desirable.
You will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, and also be involved in some projects work within the organisation. You will be keen to develop your experience further and have a strong interest to gain experience in new technologies.
