Support Engineer
We are currently recruiting for a Support Engineer, with experience in supporting the following technologies
• Windows 2000/ 3 Servers
• Management of Active Directory
• Citrix Metaframe Servers
The Support Engineer will provide remote 2nd and 3rd line support to the user base of approximately 20000
Our client is European IT Services Company, providing a complete range of services to our clients, from consultancy and systems integration all the way through to managed services.

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £26K + Flex Benefits
The Support Engineer will have
• Good knowledge of Terminal Services and Citrix Metaframe XP
• Good Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure (2000 Server/ 2003 Server)
• Good Networking knowledge
• Oracle configuration and oracle skills an advantage
• Working knowledge of National Data Centres advantageous
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes on a thin client infrastructure advantageous
