Team leader required for blue chip client based in Sunbury to lead small team of deskside support engineers in an XP and soon to be 2007 Office environment. This is a challenging role and not for wannabees! You will need a demonstrable background in leading and supervising a support team in an ITIL environment. Excellent interpersonal and influnecing skills required as is a technical support background as you will have to roll up your sleeves from time to time. Please send me your CV in the first instance.
