Hugely successful international Hedge Fund islooking for a Business Solution Consultant to join their Zurich based office.
The Business Solutions Consultant is the interface between the business requirements and the Technology Group. You will work in the Delivery and Development department which provides global software solutions. Your role will consist of three main aspects: business analysis, requirements engineering and systems management. You will introduce cutting edge ideas into the processes and improve existing ones; manage business critical systems; support and encourage business development. This position at a world-leading alternative investment management is truly a fantastic opportunity.
The ideal candidate holds a degree (Economics or Computer Science) and additional professional qualifications. You have several years work experience as business analysis and requirement engineer, using UML and RUP/ AGILE and similar techniques. You have excellent analysis and interpretation skills as well as an understanding of the financial markets. You are able to work proactively without close supervision and to coach less experience team members when necessary. You cope well with pressure, have exceptional methodical and planning skills and you are a keen communicator.
