Lagan-CRM-Business Analyst-'AS IS' Processes-Sprint-Script-Flow-Mapping-Public Sector-Lagan ECM-Dorset-UAT
My Public Sector Client is currently looking for a Lagan CRM Business Analyst for a 6 Month Contract . You will be required to work alongside the Manager of the Business Change Specialists to help Design the script flow using the 'As Is' process maps to determine the requirements for LAGAN ECM. You will also be required to capture configuration requirements such as MI triggers, business rules, node types, e-forms etc. Previous experience in the Public Sector would be idea but is not essential.
