Position: Embedded Software Engineer.
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, Central England
Salary: £30K - £50K
Key Skills: Fluent in C and 3 years commercial experienced and aware embedded software engineer.
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the whole software life cycle, strong embedded software background, Unix/ Linux, hardware experience, experience of a variety of communication protocols.
As an embedded software engineer, the role is to develop on-chip applications, starting at the beginning of the software life cycle and following it round all the way to the final delivery of the embedded software.
The company has a growing list of major international companies to which it distributes it products and actively looks continuously for Embedded Software Engineers to strength its team. The company is headquartered in England, but has many offices around the world including Texas, Tokyo, and Singapore.
Required Qualifications:
Embedded Software Engineer needs to be degree qualified with at least 3 years experience.
Required Experience:
Must have 3+ years of software development experience
Must be fluent in and have experience of debugging embedded software
Must be able to work in and contribute in a technical environment
Must be able to take ownership of projects
Must be able to communicate at all levels
