Our client is currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Key responsibilities in this role will include marketing existing processors, new product definition, preparing business plans, securing early design-win commitments and planning marketing communications activity. More specifically, duties in this role will involve:
#Ensuring the Sales and FAE receive suitable product training to sell effectively.
#Managing products throughout their lifecycle, including maintaining marketing collateral, planning product launches and supporting sales opportunities.
#Liasing with OEMs and the marketing team to understand the needs of customers and next generation products.
#Planning marketing activities such as technology demonstrations, conferences and press briefings.
The successful candidate will ideally have a Degree qualification (or relevant) in engineering or similar relevant subject, with proven experience in a technical sales or a marketing role. You should have a strong digital hardware/ software background with previous semiconductor/ IC knowledge. Experience of any of the following would be advantageous:
#Experience of embedded systems development, ideally in C, C++
#Knowledge of CPU/ microcontrollers/ ASICs or FPGAs
#Excellent communication skills
