A leading European statistical arbitrage hedge fund is looking for a team leader to join their highly dynamic team which develops cutting edge and innovative systems. Your main role will be to lead a small team of developers supporting both front office and back office systems and applications and make sure they meet the business requirements. You will have a lot of interaction with the business and you will be working in a fast paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. You will be defining trading strategies, developing new systems, enhancing existing ones and collaborating with the global offices to create and implement virile applications to the business.

Essential: Team Lead experience, OO background, solid technology background, degree educated, Front Office experience

Beneficial: MS SQL, Equities, agile software development, SCRUM
