Are you an experienced outsourced services manager looking for your next opportunity? Do you want to be part of a growing company? If so then this is the role for you!
You will be managing relationships with Key IT service providers so as to ensure business requirements are met within time and budget limits and that service providers add value to the company rather than just be a cost. You will establish robust partnering relationships with key IT service providers and you will be managing 'scope creep' both in terms of the business and its supplier. Key stakeholder management and interface is also a core part of the role in particular with the Business Systems Directors and the rest of the IT group and also with key business leaders.
Essential for the role are:
*Track record of successful management of significant business service provider contracts
*Full understanding and experience of Relationship Management
*Ability to build and maintain relationships at the same time as ensuring demanding SLAs are met
*Good project management and monitoring experience
*Ability to generate management information which drives quality decision making (rather than data)
*Proven experience of gathering business requirements and translating into supplier solutions of a commercial value
*Proven thought leadership
*Excellent communications skills – oral and written
*Excellent interpersonal skills
