Main Purpose of the job:
- Ensure end-user support for business applications.
- Ensure correct and up to date documentation of business applications.
- Ensure that operational standards and working practices are followed.
- Assure the IT support of CRM and CMS packages.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Be the first contact for any problem or new request;
- Log the request; Make the first diagnostic and solve the problem or route it to the technical team which monitors hardware, network, Databases, etc. or contact the software helpdesk.
- For new requests which don’t justify the set up of a project due to their size or due to their urgency: document the requirements, produce the analysis, follow up the developer and organise UATests & go live.
- Provide & help to organise go-live of big projects (communication plans, trainings, on-site support during the first days, produce procedures, etc) .
- Contribute to the user acceptance tests (produce scenarios with users, run tests with users) for major projects
- Identify and recommend improvements to current system support/ documentation
- Analyse day-to-day incidents that could underline a specific or more generic problem
- Maintain Documentation
Skills and Experience require:
- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in application support of marketing or sales applications; in an international environment.
- Previous experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications (preference for Salesforce).
- Experience in internet & intranet support & content maintenance (preference for Sharepoint, TeamSite, Interwoven).
- Familiar with CRM/ CMS customization techniques.
- Capable of creating and understanding SQL requests.
- Scripting languages: JavaScript, Ajax, Apex.
- Experience in asset management or in investment banking is an asset; a few years in a marketing department are also a strong advantage.
- Keen to learn ( training on the job) in a fast-moving environment; Problem solver with no-nonsense mentality.

- Good communication skills.
Language Skills:
Candidates must be fluent in English. French or Dutch would be an advantage.
