On-Site Applications Support Engineer - Poland - Contract

Our Client is in need of a Support Engineer in Warsaw - Poland. We are looking for an Engineer with 3 years experience working in a technical problem-solving environment.

Your primary role will be to provide first line support services. Secondary role is for the installation of my client's products.

Skills:

·Experience of dealing with customers, preferably in a support type environment.

·Solid network skills - IP switching/ routing (TCP/ IP)

·Solid experience of UNIX or Linux systems.

·Knowledge of Telecoms industry, in particular mobile networks and GSM.
