Requirements: Extensive C++ / VC++ developer experience, OO (Object Orientated) Design using UML2, Agile development methodologies, unit testing, TDD. Experience of high availability high performance and scalable systems. Desirable: STL, MFC, Boost, Win 32 API, .Net, WPF, dynamic languages e.g. Python, SQL Server 2005 / 2008, message queuing – Rendezvous, WebSphere MQ.
