The Background
Leading services organisation with a large end user base within a fast paced head office environment is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Manager to act as functional lead on projects, management information and day to day support issues. This position is initially a 9 month fixed term contract, but may be extended.
The Responsibilities
Directly responsible for a HR Systems Assistant, you will manage the development and effectiveness of the HR System and the development and delivery of Management Information across the organisation.
You will look at systems processes and effectiveness across the end user network, improving the functionality and impact the system has. You will recommend any changes where necessary, leading on upgrades and implementations of pending processes, including employee self-service. You will work with business groups to understand their need and expectation from the system, putting customisation into practice where required.
Acting as the HR data specialist, you will offer a management information service to support the business. You will maintain, update and implement a reporting suite for line management, ensuring that all data within the system is accurate. You will provide effective HR information to line management, accurate information to support strategic decision-making.
The Professional
You will be an experienced HR Systems professional, ideally with experience in people management and the ability to lead by example. You will have strong HR MI experience, with the ability to use HR data to aid business decision-making. You will ideally have Midland Trent experience, although exposure to other HR & Payroll systems is welcomed. You will be an effective HR facing, ‘best fo
