The Background
International technology outsource organisation with one of the fastest developing and selling HR & Payroll products in the world and FTSE 250 status, is currently developing their domestic and international implementation teams and as such, is seeking to recruit an experienced transformation professional. This is a field-based role and may require some international travel.
The Responsibilities
Working within a stand-alone position and acting as a client-facing ambassador for this organisation, you will lead the entire functional life cycle of implementation or change related projects. Working from business analysis stage, you will work with the client to understand business need and to design functional specification to help realise their ambition for a HR & Payroll system. You will agree on project milestones, timelines and budgets with the client, ensuring that they are fully briefed on the project throughout. Supporting the client through any period of change will remain a priority, although there will be instances where you will have to support clients on the product following hand over.
You will maintain relationships with clients throughout their experience with the product, as you will also be responsible for system and module upgrades. You may also be required to assist and support on any other issues related to change (customisation, system education, etc).
The Professional
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR systems implementation professional with the skills to cope with client facing transformation change projects.
