Our International Client is a world ranked Design, Civil Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Consulting Firm with offices throughout the United Arab Emirates. A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Qatar office for a Senior Design Architect/ Architect. The successful candidate will be working on large scale projects such as multi-discipline design projects, including commercial, residential, high rise and mixed-use developments. This role will include Architectural Design, Production Drawings, Design Reviews and Design Management.


<b><u>Who are they looking for?</ b></ u>

The Senior Design Architect/ Architect should be able to demonstrate experience on areas such as reviewing documents in various phases for design intent, materials use and Master Plan intent. Understanding Architectural and Urban quality.

You will ideally have B.Arch Degree in Architecture. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA and AIA is preferred, previous experience in the Gulf Region would be an advantage.


<b><u>The Role of the Senior Design Architect/ Senior Architect</ b></ u>

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse building and zoning codes and applying these to reviewed designs. They will spend their time preparing and conducting Design Review Workshops, including detailed Design Review Reports and structured evaluation commentary. Conducting on-site observations and compliance checks on previously review design work.
