Storage Analyst to provide 2nd Line Support, Systems Management, Documentation, Implementation required by global banking organisation in Cheshire at 26k
My client a world leading banking organisation are currently recruiting for a Storage Analyst to join an already successful team providing 2nd Line Support, Systems Management, Documentation and Implementation to the storage environment. You will be closely liaising with the Change/ Release Management and help desk functions and producing detailed implementation documents.
The ideal candidate will have experience around Storage in 1 of the following areas SAN (McData / Brocade), Storage (HDS, IBM), Data replication (HDS / IBM), Backup / Recovery (TSM), Archive (EMC), Tape (IBM / SUN). They will have 2nd line support experience and have client/ customer relationship management experience.
