CRM Functional Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Sales Technology is responsible for building and delivering execution, pricing, CRM and analytics systems to external clients, sales and trading. The CRM team is responsible for understanding primarily Sales, but other departments and divisions where necessary, requirements; creating functional designs/ roadmaps; implementation guidelines and deployment plans. Define and develop both top level and detailed functional and process CRM requirements for Sales. Setup prioritisation and measurement mechanisms to enable Sales Technology to track delivery success. Work with the CRM programme manager to communicate CRM objectives, direction and successes to Sales teams, Sales Management and the wider corporate environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of Business Analysis and the SDLC.
Strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
Strong strategic orientation.
