CRM FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT – MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM - leading Investment Bank is looking for an enthusiastic, team to work as an player CRM Functional Architect to define and develop both top level and detailed functional and process CRM requirements for sales. Candidates need to have hands on experience in designing, developing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems in a large global environment. Ideally candidates will have experience in a financial environment specifically sales and sales trading. Candidates need to understand the business priorities, their requirements and their issues, have product and programme management experience and have exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
Defining requirements:
•Understand and articulate business priorities
•Translate priorities into macro requirements
•Define a functional end state and roadmap
Skills & Knowledge:
•Knowledge of Business Analysis and the SDLC.
•Strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
•Strong strategic orientation.
