An opportunity is available for an engineer to manage an IT helpdesk function
To act as helpdesk support providing a technical resource for the escalation of helpdesk calls and to provide 1st line helpdesk support as required by IT department resources. the successful candidate will be self motivated and a confident individual with a proactive and flexible approach together with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, patience and resilience. In addition, a friendly and co-operative approach together with common sense is necessary.
The right person will also have Advanced understanding of Microsoft Desktop Software coupled with a good understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems. Knowledge of IT hardware and good problem solving skills. Please apply accordingly
