EDI Team Lead
A Leading Name in the FMCG area are looking for an EDI Team Leader to lead a small dedicated EDI Team in the development and support of EDI systems. This role also involves hands-on development/ support and project leadership, as well as team leadership.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide support for existing EDI systems used in the SAP environment.
Manage problem diagnosis and resolution of problems within SAP and WebMethods.
Liaise with 3rd party support groups on complex problem resolution.
Monitor EDI system, transactions and EDI documents.
Support system upgrades and application of SAP Hot Packs.
Develop new E-Business and EDI applications to enable operating companies to perform more effectively.
Complete approved E-Business and EDI development projects, working with other I.S. staff and business users.
Write and maintain EDI development specifications and other documentation.
Liaise with E-Commerce colleagues for technical and mapping needs.
Liaise as required with external suppliers of hardware, software and technical support services.
Lead a small team who are also working on the above two responsibilities
Give support and guidance to team
Assign and prioritise work for team, while working with key business contacts to understand business needs
Coach and develop junior members of the team
