<b>Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor – Travel to Dubai based in Surrey
The company</ b>
This company was established in 1955 as Chartered Quantity Surveyors. Since then, they have provided cost and project management services and advice on planning and control of expenditure on a wide variety of projects worldwide in almost every construction and engineering sector. They are now looking for a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office working on projects in Dubai.
<b>Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor</ b>
Due to an ever increasing work load in the Middle East they need to have another senior member on their construction team. You will be a trouble shooter; someone who is able to handle all aspects of a construction process and able to advice and successfully deliver building projects by being a dynamic facilitator. This role will require a lot of travelling with approximately 14 – 16 one week trips to the Dubai/ Middle East to manage your projects. Exciting work!
<b>The vacancy of Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor-
Does this sound like you?</ b>
Do you have 10 years plus of relevant experience and able to handle a construction project from start to finish?
Quantity Surveying or Project Management experience
MRICS or MAPM
BSc or related qualification
PQS / Consultancy experience
You will ideally be based around the Surrey area or within commutable distance and the desire to travel to Dubai/ Middle East.
