ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR - ORACLE DBA / LINUX / UNIX - EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY IN DORSET PAYING UP TO £50,000!!!!
This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, expanding company on the South Coast. With excellent training and progression opportunities on offer this is a role not to be missed!
You will be establishing and maintaining ORACLE deployed products within the business domain encompassing a number of testing (UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Integration), disaster recovery and production environments. You should have proven technical experience in a mission critical high volume OLTP (On-line Transaction Processing) environment as you will be responsible for high volume OLTP services through call centre and internet services. This is a pivotal role in designing and executing an ORACLE deployment strategy based upon high availability.
You will need to have.....
•Substantial technical experience in deploying and administrating a wide variety of ORACLE products including the proactive management of a number of mission critical database environments
•Degree or HND in Information Technology would be desirable but not essential, equivalent experience considered
•Experience in establishing entirely new ORACLE mission critical environments are of interest.
•Experience in significant data migration exercises
